I'm the creator, founder, owner and teacher of Get Down to Earth Yoga. I teach here at my home studio, and I teach around the community. Yoga here mostly revolves around one on one sessions utilizing both dynamic and passive postures to deliver the mind and body to a state of balance. For those aggravated with cancerous conditions such as mesothelioma, yoga has been shown to alleviate several of the tensions a patient experiences with it.
