read moreStudents participate in the preparation of the various dishes for the style of cuisine they have enrolled in. Students will receive copies of all the recipes and will dine on their efforts. Students should wear comfortable clothing and rubber-soled shoes. Aprons will be provided for those who wish. Kid's Camp sessions are held once in the spring, 3 times in the summer and a mini camp the week of Thanksgiving. Classes are offered in the morning and again in the afternoon. Most are for 5 days and each class is approximately 2 1/2 hrs long.
