read moreThe US Sports Institute offers Track & Field programs for children ages 3-12 of all ability levels looking to develop their techniques in running, jumping, and throwing. Classes are typically offered in the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons. Focusing on kinetic development, USSI Track & Field programs are designed to build endurance and strength, improve balance and coordination, and promote a healthy lifestyle all in a fun, safe environment. Children will have the opportunity to run, jump, and throw using age-appropriate equipment under the direction of USSI's professional coaching staff.

read moreThe summer golf camp introduces a wide range of skills throughout the week including chipping, putting and driving using award-winning SNAG (Starting New at Golf) equipment. Each day participants will receive personalized attention from our coaches to develop their technique and their understanding for the rules and sportsmanship associated with golf. Participants will develop an understanding of offensive and defensive plays, and be encouraged to implement these skills into realistic game-play situations.
