Welcome to the fine art oil paintings and portraits of Jon J. Krider, an American artist, working exclusively in oils these days. Jon's primary genre is portrait painting but paints other subjects as well. He enjoys painting using a traditional classic realism and naturalistic approach. Portrait painting is one of the most rewarding art forms, for it captures the physical likeness as well as the personality and soul of the person, while still creating a wonderful piece of art.
