Built in 1919-1921, this six-story building is a distinctive part of the Minneapolis Warehouse District, an area that has long played a vital role in the character of the city. The building's innovative mushroom concrete columns are part f a structural system designed by renowned Minnesota engineer C. A. P. Turner.
