Gym Works

Our owner was born February 2, 1977, in Asheville North Carolina. At age 13 he was introduced to weight lifting and organized football. His high school career was stellar, with all-state and all-American honors. After high school he attended Western Carolina University. His individual training career started in 2003 with a certification in biomechanics of resistance training from Cooper Institute. He learned the ins and outs of the fitness business while working for a huge fitness corporation. In 2004 He began Gym Works.
