I came to HealthFirst Spine and Wellness with an excruciating pinched nerve-sciatic issue. The kind and professional team at HealthFirst and their expert use of state of the art equipment helped me to heal. During the work from home time of Covid, I had not been moving and I had to be mindful to correct this sedentary behavior along with the chiropractic and regenerative care to be fully effective. I am grateful for the reminder I had- to not take for granted good health and that healing is a process that requires full participation

I love everything about HealthFirst! The staff is so friendly and Doctor Holden is a great chiropractor, as well as a delightful person to talk to. His work has improved the curve of my neck and reduced my pain. He even helps to treat my allergies!

I highly recommend Drs. Brad and Tony to help you with any nagging issues you are experiencing. I have seen them for two separate ailments over the last 7 years and not only did they help me to overcome the symptoms that were giving me pain/headaches but they fixed what was causing it in the first place and put me on an easy to follow rehab plan that prevented the issues from ever coming back.

Very professional

HealthFirst Spine & Wellness has been a huge help in fixing an issue with my lower back that I've been having for 10 years. In just over a month, I've been waking up with less and less tightness and stiffness. I'm a very active person and workout 5 times a week so when I'd hurt my back it would put me out of commission for a while. I just recently went back to doing deadlifts, a workout I both loved and feared. I highly recommend HealthFirst Spine & Wellness. Dr. Holden and the staff are very professional and their hospitality is very welcoming.

The Doctors and staff are extremely knowledgeable, caring and all around professional. I have been receiving regular chiropractic care and from start to finish I have been treated with the utmost care with RESULTS. They provide reports showing how your body responds so you can actually see the improvements taking place. I would definitely recommend.

I came to HealthFirst Wellness Center with hip pain that had been bothering me for years. After just a few months of chiropractic care and hard work, my hip pain is nearly gone, my flexibility is much better, and I feel healthier then I have in years! The entire staff is very friendly and encouraging. I would highly recommend them!

Wonderful people

I first came to Health First Wellness Center more than six years ago with severe lower back pain. The chiropractors here didn't just give me a quick adjustment and tell me to come back next week for more of the same. Instead, they designed a rehab plan to get my entire body back to where it should be. I've been going to the clinic now ever since, and my spine has drastically improved! My lower back pain is practically a thing of the past, and I'm almost never sick! The best part is the staff! They are all wonderful people who go out of their way to get to know you and make your health their priority. Definitely the best clinic I have ever been to!

Several years ago I started seeing Dr. Nicki for neck/shoulder pain. Not only did she help me with that but with regular adjustments to my lower back and hips I was able to rid myself of horrible menstrual cramps which I have suffered with for many years. No more ultrasounds or medication for me.
Two years ago I woke up one morning with major sciatica pain. Could not lift my foot off the ground more than two inches. I came in to see Dr. Tony and was able to walk out of the office in much better shape. Since then I have maintained my weekly adjustments and feel much better and a little taller thanks to HealthFirst.
