Heartlight Counseling

It is my belief that every personal is unique - having within them the power to enjoy a healthy, well-proportioned life, evenly balanced in mind, body, and spirit. In my therapist role, I seek to build a safe, supportive environment and trusting relationship - elements necessary to support one's search for their authentic self. My approach to therapy emphasizes collaborative exploration of the customer's struggles, and is associated with a compassionate understanding of the diversity of the human spirit, a passion for helping others heal.
