Massage Therapist in Hartford, CT Heights of Wellness (HOW) is a state-of-the-art studio situated at 1477 Park Street, in the Parkville district of Hartford, Connecticut. It provides opportunities for a range of movement group and personal classes as well as therapeutic massage. The mission of HOW is to restore the natural functioning of the body through movement, stress reduction and nutrition. The studio was founded by Founder-Director C. Y. Ching whose background as an expert modern dancer and massage therapist influenced her philosophy of wellness and her pursuit of both eastern and western healing techniques.
