Horizon Group

Originally established as a Management Services Organization (MSO) we divested our private practice support infrastructure in the early 1990's and became The Horizon Group, a management consulting company. Initially, we provided operational improvement, contract management, and governance support to private medical practices in the mid-Atlantic region. Before the end of the decade, hospitals that had acquired primary care physicians started to report substantial losses from practice operations.
