An expert therapist will talk with you about her/his experience and training. During the 1st few sessions, you will supply the therapist with your life history and with detailed information about your concerns and about how you have tried to deal with them. Your therapist will collaborate with you in the making of your aims for yourself and then talk with you about theory and methods for reaching those aims. Together, you and your therapist will discuss ideas for change which you will practice.
