Ironman was recommended by a contractor friend who had worked with them in the past. I immediately felt good about Aaron. He was a kind soul and very humble but knew what he was doing. He looked for two grounding rods - something to do with permits electricity and how they used to ground wires to the pipes. Everything went incredibly smoothly, he got us in and out of our schedule in a week. he's focused entirely on this specific type of plumbing. His wife was very nice to work with as well - thorough, prompt responses, in great communication with Aaron. It was a way better experience than I would have ever imagined it would be to replumb a line to the main - perhaps the most unsexy of jobs. However we came out of it with great water pressure at a good price.

Our main water line sprung a leak because of a faulty coupling at the meter. I called a big named company, waited 4 days and got an outrageous quote. I called Ironman and they were very attentive. I texted them pics and they gave me a quote more than half of the other guys!! They were here within an hour and finished up quickly!

I had left messages with 5 other plumbing companies with no returned calls so i was happy that Aaron called back and i couldn't be happier. I have no doubts that i made the right choice even though i did not receive other bids. If you need plumbing this should be your first call. Ironman put in a new water main for our home in Tigard and they did a fantastic job. It was a tricky job since the main was very close to a gas pipe and an underground electrical service (not to mention my neighbors main was right next to mine). They showed up on time for the initial appointment and started work the next day. Even when they ran into some issues with the city they were able to resolve them without bothering me or charging me any extra and I didn't even find out about it until after I received the final inspection. They threw in a couple of extra things at no cost that I didn't even ask for so I was quite happy about that too. They kept a clean worksite and did a first class job. I would hire them again in an instant and would highly recommend their services to family and friends as well as others.
