Jack Morris Auto Glass

Reliable, pleasant experience. I called Jack Morris to get a quote on the windshield for my 2015 Lexus coupe after another company broke it while attempting a repair and then refused to return my two plus calls for customer service. I filled out a form online for JM and was called at 8:15am. I got my quote, then called back for scheduling. They told me it would take several hours on a wait in store and I said that was fine.

I came in this morning while Memphis has 125k without power and not only did they still have power, but they also have a generator. I was out by 11:30. My car is put completely back together and you can't tell other than for the glass manufacturer name that anything was done.

I'd been here before years ago for peck fixes but COVID sent me to full time remote. I made the drive up from DeSoto even if it required extra. Well worth the trip and anything extra I paid. Nothing is worse than having to correct someone else's screw up--but I seriously can't tell anything was done inside the car.

I was unfortunately a victim of a car break in TWICE within a week (two different windows smashed). I went with Jack Morris both times. They were able to get me in fast so I didn't have to drive around with plastic too long, and held the appointment to value (they got to work on it during the allotted time so that I didn't have to be without a car for long). I had brought a weird noise in the first window they replaced to their attention, and they looked into it for me. Price was reasonable, everyone there is very nice. Convenient location. Will definitely come here again if needed, although hopefully I'm done being broken into...
