Our values, in conjunction with a hard working, committed staff has led Jamieson to retain high rankings throughout its history. There are many ways for parents and the community to involve themselves with Jamieson. Through these parent groups, we host many community events including a Family Fun Fest, the Jamieson Walk-A-Thon, parent workshops, and an annual Art Show, to name a few.

read moreCPS has made additions to the databases offered - most notably PebbleGo in English and Spanish. PebbleGo was purchased by the district instead of Scholastic BookFlix. I've attached the log in document and it is also accessible here (CPS credentials are needed to view outside of school, but can be accessed by students/CPS staff when logged in at home). The Spanish translation of the document has not been updated yet, but will be added soon. The CPS Virtual Library has three virtual branches - the CPS Virtual Elementary Library, the CPS Virtual High School Library, and the Professional Library to meet the diverse needs of our students and educators.

It was presented during the school's Daily Announcements by NHS member Tim Simon (right). Husejnovic is a graduate of Jamieson Grade School in Chicago, Illinois. In presenting the honor to Husejnovic, Simon said, Like many students in our school, this Don demonstrated what it takes to be a man of faith, scholarship, and service.
