Jim Adamik

I'll be attending the Tai Chi For Balance teacher training course in Eugene, Oregon at the end of February 2009. I hope to begin teaching Tai Chi to seniors soon after that. This web page is intended to explain to Senior Centers, Gym's, Corporate Wellness Centers and others, who Jim Adamik is and what he's all about. I began on my Spiritual path in 2000 after reading a few books on Buddhism by Pema Chodron and Thich Nhat Hanh, and was lucky enough (karma) to get a job on team at a Spiritual Retreat Center.
