K. Moniques Studio of Dance supplies a strong, accurate, and intense instruction of dance in its true art form. It is our goal to build character while building a strong dance foundation in a positive, uplifting environment. Members are encouraged to apply the discipline, motivation, and encouragement taught in the dance room to their everyday lives. K. Moniques Studio of Dance provides a dance firm for those who qualify. Dance Company members will have the possibility to compete nationally and locally and attend workshops and dance conventions designed to challenge them as a dancer.

read moreK Monique's Studio of Dance offers many recreational dance classes for students of all ages. Visit our Recreational page to find out more information and register. Our Performance Kompany meets for two hours once a week to perfect technique and learn dances in styles such as jazz, hip-hop, and contemporary. PK participates in a few local performances throughout the year, one competition at the beginner level, and our annual showcase. Visit our Performance Kompany page to learn more. Our Company dancers practice 3-5 days a week 11 months out of the year.

read morePlease make sure your child has all the proper attire and shoes for class. Sports bra and bootie shorts are required in all technique classes. All dancers must have Company leotards (found at Standing Ovation) for ballet, and tights with no bootie shorts must be worn. Hair must be pulled up and away from the face. If your child is missing any of the aforementioned items, they will not be allowed to participate in class. Please visit the "Attire" page to find the links to purchase the proper clothing items.
