Sheila J. Klopper has been a licensed investigator since September, 1988, and with her business operating in San Jose since December 1988. She is a Santa Clara County registered process server. She holds the designation of Certified Criminal Defense Investigator (C. C. D. I. Through the Defense Investigators Training Academy.
