Admissions
read moreFuture Lamar University students should apply for admission online using the statewide Apply Texas system. To complete your application, you also may be required to submit standardized test scores and transcripts of previous high school and/or college work. First time freshman beginning Spring 2021 and beyond will not be required to submit standardized test scores (ACT/SAT) in order to receive an admissions decision. Students will only be required to submit their official high school transcripts under this new test-optional format.
