Returns are accepted for defective and/or damaged merchandise only. Defective and/or damaged merchandise must be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase. A return authorization number is required in order to process returns. Authorization numbers are acquired by contacting client service via e-mail or phone. Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only. We don't offer cash refunds.
