Leadership development, business consulting and executive coaching are the primary areas we work in with our customers. All of our work centers on the notion of value and how businesses manifest that in various forms: economic value, value creation, client value, corporate culture and values, social responsibility, moral and ethical value. LeadSkill began business as ORA Consulting and Coaching in 1997 as a tiny two-person business that helped entrepreneurs with their marketing and that provided business coaching to a huge array of tiny business leaders.
