Life Force Yoga

Personal and tiny group yoga sessions provided in a tiny cozy studio on the East Side of Providence. These sessions are open to everyone and especially those individuals who are searching for a meditative yoga that is quiet and therapeutic. Yoga for RI State Employees. These classes are provided at the RI Department of Health as part of the Worsite Wellness program. This class is opened to anyone who is a State employee. Personal Nutritional Counseling. One-on-one sessions that are most useful for people who are interested in healthy eating and for those individuals who have conditions.
