The treatment strategies that I utilize in my practice includes; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Play Therapy. My approach in counseling starts with building a strong relationship with my customer. This is an integral aspect of counseling, it starts by listening to my customer's perspectives and setting goals cooperatively. It is significant to look at all areas in one's life (family systems, work, culture, activities, and relationships) to aid create a workable treatment plan. By having respect for each personal, it is my ultimate mission to aid my customers evolve tools for themselves that can be utilized outside of therapy for years to come.
