read moreYour pet will play off leash with his or her camp counselor in one of our designated play yards. This is sure to be a romping good time for your furry friend. Your dog will walk through the grassy area behind the kennel, then romp and play in one of our wading pools with his own lifeguard! During the alotted time, we can cuddle on a sofa and watch a movie with your dog, or play with a favorite toy. You may provide your pet's favorite video or we will provide a pet appropriate video for you. Just let us know what your pet likes!

read moreHolidays are an extremely busy time and book full early. Be sure to get your reservation in as soon as you obtain the dates boarding will be needed. Please remember that our phone rings in the kennel as well as in my home. We would like to remind you not to call the business phone after 10:00 pm. or before 7:00 am. We do not answer the phone after hours. If you call between 6:00 pm and 10:00 pm you may leave a message, but please follow it up with a phone call during business hours to ensure that all of your information was received.

read moreReservations made during a Holiday period should be checked against the Calendar to ensure that your drop off and pick up days are available. A 2 night per pet deposit is required for all major holiday reservations. If your schedule is time sensitive the morning of your arrival please consider coming the afternoon before. If you are making your reservation through a military mailbox you will not receive a confirmation from our site due to security restrictions. The outside run is covered to provide shade, shelter, and security. The Pampered Pet Suite is a luxury accommodation for that special canine. These suites have everything to make your pet feel like they are in a 5 Star Hotel. Each suite has its own theme and includes amenities found in your own home, such as T.V., Music, Designer Beds with fresh linens, a Toy Box, and much, much more.

read moreIf at any time you have a problem with any aspect of your pets stay please allow us to problem solve the situation. We are on-site owners. In other words, We live on- site with our Kennel facilities. There is basically around the clock supervision for your pets. Other facilities will clock out at evening hours and not be back until the start of their next business day. If your pet comes to us insect free, it will be picked up insect free. Our facilities are all concrete, so they are easily maintained, both from unwanted insects and general cleanliness.

read moreWe do understand that occasionally, unavoidable circumstances necessitate the need for after hours pickup or delivery. These occasions DO NOT include convenience related exceptions. After hours pick up or delivery is available by appointment only. This service is available at the owners of Lowes Pet Motel's discretion and can be scheduled by Pam or Kelly only at the time of your reservation. As a general rule, convenience related reasons are rejected. Emergency cases only are considered. Drop off or pick up after 9:00 am and before 4:00 pm during Monday through Friday will result in an additional $10.00 Charge.
