We send out a Newsletter once a month to our email list, with articles and coupons. That list is used for alerts and notifications. We do limit the amount of email we send to 1 or 2 a month. If you want to know more about what is going on then become a fan on Facebook. We try to update that 4 or 5 times a week. There are stories, pictures, videos, etc.
