Customer Service Representatives will conduct a telephone screening that will take about 10 minutes to complete and will schedule you for an assessment with a mental health. NOTICE TO CURRENT AND FUTURE CLIENTS: WellStone serves all patients regardless of inability to pay. Discounts for services are offered based on family size and income.
