Northwest Senior Care offers individualized care in a warm, friendly and supportive environment. Our treatment team consists of psychiatrists, nurses, social workers and recreational/occupational therapists. Each patient receives a thorough assessment to determine possible causes of behavioral and mental changes.

Treatment for minor falls, cuts, headaches, blood pressure checks, glucose level checks and other low acuity conditions can be handled by primary care physicians or nurse practitioners, at a lower cost and shorter wait time than the typical Emergency Department.

A hospitalist is a medical doctor or nurse practitioner who specializes in caring for hospitalized patients. Hospitalists are trained in general internal medicine and other medical specialties. Because hospitalists typically do not maintain an outside practice, they can focus their attention on your medical care inside the hospital.
