I just wanted to write to tell you what a wonderful experience I had with Mike Hynes Auto Body in Allston, Massachusetts. I brought my car to them on the recommendation of an auto provide store after having a bad experience with a dealership auto body shop. Mike walked through everything they were going to do to fix the car, he gave me an estimate that he stuck to, even though the damage exceeded the estimate, he gave me a free loaner car, and he fixed my car beautifully. It looks like a brand new car, and it was impeccably clean when it was returned to me.
