Midtown Catholic Charities

A mother of two enrolled her kids in teen and after school growth and development groups at Midtown upon receiving a flyer in her door. As the kids became active in the program a worker visited the home to share news of their progress and several information about a new program for adults-the PEOPLE first job readiness program. The worker noticed an absence of beds. The mom shared that her daughter was sleeping with her and her teenage son slept on the couch.
