They have been so positive in each of our journeys. I here about how it doesn't work and it's a waste of time and on and on. No diet plan will work unless you are willing to work it. Monarch is so much different then all the other places like WW, Tops, Jenny Craig, etc. Monarch is not a gathering place to talk about as a group what you did over the weekend and stuff like that.
