Boat Dealer in Fairfield, CA Since 1957, the Giovannoni family has been servicing the boating public, delivering recreational enjoyment for thousands. It all began when Larry Giovannoni talked his brother Albert into building a marina on land they purchased along the Napa River. They bought 40 acres of land, a tractor, built their own dredge and docks, and went into business. They broke the levee, flooded the hole and the Napa Valley Marina was born.

Our staff is skilled to fix and repair most of your boating needs including painting above and below the waterline, fiberglass, gelcoat, plumbing, mechanical and woodwork.

We offer daily and monthly rates and provide power and water. We haul and launch Monday through Friday on the tides during normal business hours. Prior to your haul out we will ask you to sign a yard rule sheet. A Corkage fee of $10.00 per foot will be assessed on bottom paint not purchased at Napa Valley Marina. Defined as any vessel that has minimal value or needing extensive work or a vessel that has to be towed in.

Our family thought the Napa River offered a great opportunity to bring what we enjoyed to other people with similar passions. We surveyed areas on the river that we thought were suitable to build a marina. We actually purchased a few parcels which we later discovered were not suitable to build a marina to the scale we dreamed about. We finally settled on a 35 acre parcel on Milton Road which would become the center of the universe for our family for the next several years.
