Mark and Steve have gained numerous certifications in the past by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certificate (IICRC) Steve is well known for pioneering the 1st ever Big Red truck mounted cleaning system in Lexington Kentucky. Before Mark and Steve combined their firm's, Mark had built his own firm over a ten year period by implementing a system he learned as a supervisor at United Parcel Service; where he obtained numerous operational management certifications.
