No Place Like Home Pet Sitting was set up in 1995 by Patti Castleberry. After years in the corporate trenches, she decided to fulfill a lifelong dream - working with animals. Patti and her husband, Scott, had fostered homeless animals for the Carrollton Humane Society for few years. Through this work with scared, and sometimes abused cats and dogs, Patti learned how to talk to them, how to make them feel safe and secure. Starting a pet care service specifically designed to keep pets in their own home was the natural next step.
