We do ask that you provide us with any previous medical records along with any information that you think will be important for your pet's future medical care needs. If possible, we appreciate acquiring these records in advance. Please try to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that we can get your pet comfortably checked-in and weighed. For their safety, please bring your pet in a carrier or on a short leash in order to keep them close to you during their visit with us.

Our receptionist team will attempt to accommodate all appointment requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel that you have an emergency with your pet, please come to the hospital immediately. If possible, it is best to call before coming to allow a staff member to advise you on your particular emergency and to prepare for your arrival. We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 6 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has.
