Olaf Wieghorst Museum

The Olaf Wieghorst Museum and Western Heritage Center in El Cajon, California, honors the accomplished artist who lived in our community for more than forty years. Olaf Wieghorst, known for his magnificent portrayals of the 19th century American West, exhibited a remarkable affinity for the cowboys, the Native American Indians, and the settlers who helped shape this country's Western landscape.
