Back in 1983, with an old Dodge pick up truck, Fred Wallace began a service for people moving in and around San Francisco; it really was One Big Man & One Big Truck. It was hard work for an honest dollar but, with Fred's friendly individual nature, the service proved to be quite popular and before you knew it Fred needed some aid. Helpers came and helpers went but two of the helpers Paul Dubois & Wolfgang Matt stood out and while still running the business out of Fred's apartment, the three men decided to form a partnership.

read moreThis one-time set-up fee helps to defray the cost of getting the crew from our office to the job site and back afterward. It also covers fuel expense, and truck maintenance. Clear a table for a work area and have available several rolls of tape, a pair of scissors, unprinted paper, labels, boxes, bubble wrap and a bathroom scale to weigh boxes. Tape boxes on both the top and bottom in cross-like fashion for maximum strength. Label the side of each box. Mark the contents and the room where you want the box placed in your new home.
