OPARC is a non-profit organization situated in the Inland Empire region of Southern California and committed to helping people with disabilities and their families. More than 700 adults with developmental and vocational disabilities utilize OPARC's programs. Established in 1950 by parents of kids with disabilities, OPARC has evolved into an organization with about 200 employees and an annual budget of more than $10 million. The Corporate office is in Montclair, California, with program facilities situated in Montclair, Ontario, San Bernardino, Upland and Rancho Cucamonga, California.
