Our goal is to establish a strong sense of community and an appreciation for the arts by operating, maintaining and sustaining the Palace Theater as a financially viable not-for-profit performing arts center that supplies positive artistic, cultural, educational, social and financial impact to the Greater Waterbury area.

read moreAs a not-for-profit, the Palace Theater provides the best in customer service with the assistance of its enthusiastic, positive, community-minded volunteers. Over the past fourteen seasons, the Palace Theater has developed a Volunteer Program that includes over 100 Palace Guards. A Palace Guard helps to make a memorable theater experience for our patrons. Our volunteer opportunities consist of ushers, greeters, ticket takers and concessionaires. Be there to greet patrons with a smile and help them with any questions they might have about the performance or the theater itself.
