In 2001, LeDoux Insurance Agency. With the corporate office situated in Eugene, Oregon, purchased Payless Auto Insurance and Acclaim Auto Insurance Agency. Until recently, the offices of Payless Auto Insurance and Acclaim Auto Insurance were in separate locations and maintained separate identities. On July 1, 2009 Payless Auto Insurance and Acclaim Auto Insurance merged into one corporation; LeDoux Insurance Agency. And became Payless Insurance Agency, a division of LeDoux Insurance Agency.
