Pazzo Ristorante

Diners in the Pioneer Valley of Western Massachusetts welcomed the original owners to Springfield as Ristorante Carmela. The location in the city's South End was chosen because traditionally it was the part of town where the Italian community came to dine, play and pray. As this community expanded and evolved, it became necessary for the business to expand and change as well. In 2006, Ristorante Carmela closed its doors.
