Perfect Timing feels more like a full-service agency than most other placement agencies. I had the pleasure of working with Geoffrey and Leah while on a long-term assignment through PT and it was effortless. They treat their employees fairly and with genuine respect and enthusiasm. Communication was quick and responsive any time I had a question and would reach out with another possible opportunity if it looked like a good fit. I found Perfect Timing by pure accident when I applied for a job and it was the best thing ever. Nina helped me regularly find a job that would fit my interests and help me grow my skills while also being kind and giving great advice. Id recommend Perfect Timing (and especially Nina) to anyone looking at temp work or just trying to find a fresh start, the level of care and help they provide is truly phenomenal.
Edit: Still 5 stars, just wanted to give an update. I would really recommend Perfect Timing to anyone. Previously, I was a barista making minimum wage and now because of the assistance at Perfect Timing I was able to find work that is better suited to my skills and I'm being paid more. Since my prior review I've had the chance to also work with Leah and Geoffrey and they are phenomenal and has highlighted how caring and hardworking everyone is at Perfect Timing

Perfect Timing Personnel Services is a very professional organization. While I was looking for a temporary employee to help me with an Accounts Payable clerk, they went above and beyond. We eventually found the perfect person and they were with us for three months. Geoffrey helped me to define the position and the traits we were looking for from this position. He was always accessible to me and was very helpful in the process. The person he found trained beautifully and with only 1 week of exclusive hands on training was off and running. There were a few questions, but very little as we got someone who fit right in to our culture and as an Accounts Payable clerk. I would recommend Perfect Timing to anyone and everyone. They are the best and were so helpful during a very difficult time in our organization.

They are thoughtful, they know what I'm looking for, and they never send me on interviews where I'm not a good fit or I'm unprepared.
