The story of Phil Stefani Signature Restaurants started in Chicago in 1980 when Phil and his Uncle Lino opened their flagship restaurant, Stefani's in the middle of Lincoln Park, Chicago. Stefani's was created around family values of hard work, being fair and honest and serving authentic Italian food. The outstanding reputation of Stefani's led to the establishment of Tuscany. The Tuscany restaurant locations include Chicago's Little Italy on Taylor Street and the surrounding suburbs of Oak Brook and Wheeling.
