Re-Focus

Re-Focus. Is a non-profit human service agency which serves adults with differing physical and developmental requirements. Originally founded as the St. Charles Residence in September 1972, and recognized as one of the 1st group homes in the state of Rhode Island, Re-Focus has expanded to support over one hundred individuals with developmental disabilities in fourteen (14) group homes and a range of supportive living programs across the state. The services Re-Focus provides are strategically individualized and geared to the requirements and desires of each person and can extend.
