Rhode Island Disability Law

Rhode Island Disability Law Center (RIDLC) supplies free legal assistance to persons with disabilities. Services include personal representation to protect rights or to secure benefits and services; self-aid information; educational programs; and administrative and legislative advocacy. The agency administers eight federally funded advocacy programs, each of which has its own eligibility criteria. RIDLC, which is situated in downtown Providence, supplies services to over 1000 individuals with disabilities each year.
