In 1995, Dana transferred that knowledge with him to Florida, where he extended his resume to include renovating and refurbishing homes. In 1999, after moving to Arizona, Dana 1st worked for a remodeling firm specializing in renovating homes in Phoenix's historical district. To earn more exposure in kitchen and baths, Dana transitioned to Tri-Star Remodeling, were he was promoted to staff lead, earning experience overseeing the job site, coordinating subcontracting efforts, and working effectively with clients.
