Before founding RJS Janitorial Service in 1994 Roy J Schukraft Jr- founder and owner worked for and at several Janitorial and Cleaning firms for over ten years. Mixing his business degree with his janitorial experience Roy developed the skills required to begin his own janitorial firm. From the beginning, Roy put his experience to work and has since created a successful business by focusing on customer satisfaction and employee development. Today, Roy oversees all of the firm's activities and is totally involved in all aspects of the business to ensure.
