A friend recommended them as she'd had new furnace & A/C installed. Over past 5-10 years, I’ve had them install new furnace, AC & a generator. All were routine (not emergent) installs. They were done in a timely way and results perfect. The crew provided instructions for maintenance and ongoing performance.
Crew member was just here for annual check/maintenance of all three. It was easy to schedule the appointment and he arrived and completed work within time frame. Very professional. The office team are helpful as well and billing/payment clear. Though I’d been shown how to check oil level & add oil to the generator w/ initial install, I asked for a refresher. Bob (I think that was his name) did a demo and provided enough detail that I feel confident I could do if needed. Robertson Morrison is a winner in my books.
