The Rock River Valley Entrepreneurship Center (RRVEC) serves as a regional hub in the Northern Stateline region (Winnebago, Boone, Ogle, and Stephenson counties) for coordinating business development for existing and new tiny and medium-sized firms with rapid and sustainable growth potential. RRVEC was established in September, 2003 by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) to serve as a catalyst for high growth potential medium and tiny sized business enterprises to evolve into economically viable and sustainable firms that can make quality.
