Yoga for Climbers Denver
read moreWe think yoga is a perfect complement to climbing because they involve many of the same skills: mental focus, breath control, balance, flexibility, grace, and strength. Our classes will aim to balance all of these aspects of yoga, and focus them in a way specifically tailored to climbers. Classes may also draw inspiration from other disciplines such as Pilates, ballet, and acrobatics.
