There is a need out there for a restaurant catering to Filipino-Americans, providing food that they're truly familiar with, tasty yet reasonably priced and served in a clean professional restaurant environment. A restaurant that Filipino-Americans can be proud of, showing their pride in it by bringing their non-Filipino friends along.
