We're committed to teaching extremely effective but practical, realistic, natural and simple self-defense & individual safety techniques. No special strength or knowledge of martial arts is needed; one can train and learn regardless of age, size, shape or experience. We trust that self defense should be easy to learn, easy to retain, and relatively easy to employ during real confrontational situations. Our techniques are created to enhance your already instinctual gross-motor movement reactions when in a crisis situation or when faced with a real violent aggressor.

read morePublic Group Workshops are 3-4 hours, Ages 13 & up. 5+ students. Personal Training Classes and ALL Workshops come with take home review materials and Certificate of Completion. Please come wearing something comfortable to move in as you will be up and moving. Safety gear will be provided. Semi-Private (2-4 people) is $150 to $100 each. These classes are for ages 5-7 and 8-12. Children are precious. We need to teach them, show them and empower them to be safe. They are our future and deserve to live happy, productive lives without the fear of being victimized.
